Bbokk Terms & Conditions – Plain Language, Nothing Hidden

By using the bbokk.ws website and its applications, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. bbokk is an internationally licensed online betting platform serving users in Bangladesh.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between bbokk and all of its users. We have deliberately avoided complex legal language because we want you to fully understand and genuinely agree to what you're accepting.

To open an account with bbokk, you must meet the following requirements:

• Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. All activity on your account is considered your own, unless you have already reported suspicious activity beforehand.

Keep the following rules in mind before placing a bet on bbokk:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled or changed unless bbokk initiates the cancellation.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed for any reason, the stake for that bet will be refunded, subject to the rules of the specific sport.
• If a technical error causes incorrect odds to be displayed, bbokk reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• In a parlay or multi-match combo bet, if one match is cancelled, it may be counted as a single bet.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set individually for each market and are subject to change from time to time.

Bbokk supports payments through Bangladesh's major mobile banking services. All payment-related rules are outlined below:

• Deposits typically take 5–15 minutes to reflect in your account. In some cases, delays may occur due to MFS network issues.
• Bbokk does not charge any withdrawal fees. However, charges imposed by MFS providers may apply.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Winnings cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Bbokk may temporarily place a hold on withdrawals for security purposes or when KYC verification is required.
• If any suspicious transactions are detected, bbokk reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.

Bbokk offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Please read the terms carefully before claiming any offer:

• Each bonus comes with its own wagering requirements, which are clearly stated in the offer details.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met.
• Each account may participate in any given bonus offer only once.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bbokk and will result in permanent account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts by one person or from within the same household.
• Opening or operating an account under someone else's name or identity.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses (bonus arbitrage).
• Betting based on match-fixing or the use of insider information.
• Using software or bots to place automated bets.
• Using bbokk for money laundering or concealing the proceeds of illegal activity.

Bbokk treats the security of your personal information as its highest priority.

• Your personal information will never be sold to third parties.
• Payment information is protected with SSL 256-bit encryption.
• Bbokk may use your information solely to improve its services and to meet legal obligations.
• Sharing information with regulatory authorities when required is carried out as a legal obligation.

Bbokk's policy on account closure or suspension:

• You can close your account at any time. Contact support or do it yourself through your account settings.
• Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.
• If bbokk finds evidence of a rule violation, it may close the account without prior notice.
• Under our responsible betting policy, you can request a temporary or permanent break from betting at any time.
• No new bets will be accepted on a closed account.

If you have a dispute with bbokk, please follow the steps below:

• Contact our support team first – most issues are resolved right there.
• If your issue is not resolved through support, submit a formal complaint via email.
• Bbokk will respond in writing within 7 business days.
• Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the incident.

Bbokk is committed to resolving all disputes fairly. We never intentionally act against our users' interests.

Bbokk may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Our policy on changes:

• Members will be given at least 7 days' notice before any significant changes take effect.
• Minor updates will be reflected on the website and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly.
• Continuing to use bbokk after any changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to any changes, you are always free to close your account.
